Blended Learning Activities in an e-Business Course

The objectives of this study were threefold: to understand students’ perceptions activities in a blended learning environment; determine their preferred context, paralleling the four stages Kolb’s cycle; and effectiveness used, based on scores achieved an e-business course supported by BLearning assessment system, custom-designed reflective tool. A mixed-methods approach was used identify activities. Findings indicate that (1) can add interest variety improve experience, (2) students prefer match first three cycle (concrete observation, abstract conceptualisation), (3) data collected from exam results show process effective. In aligning teaching student preferences, notion “teaching patterns” is introduced as perspective these further may be more suitable for who share similar preferences.
